McLaren Drills Gold Mineralization on TimGinn Property Adjacent to Hollinger Mine
Official news release
Toronto, Ontario — June 15, 2018 — McLaren Resources Inc. (CSE: MCL) (FSE: 3ML) announced the completion of a four-hole, 1,071 metre diamond drill program on the TimGinn Gold Property adjacent to Goldcorp’s Hollinger Mine. The program intersected gold mineralization and extended the hydrothermal alteration systems known on the property.
Drill results
| Hole | Length (m) | Azimuth | Dip | From (m) | To (m) | Au (g/t) | Width (m) |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| MTG-18-20 | 261 | 150 | -45 | No significant values | |||
| MTG-18-21 | 231 | 180 | -45 | 60 | 61.5 | 0.537 | 1.5 |

Intervals are reported as core lengths; true widths were not known at the time. All depths are down hole.
The program followed earlier TimGinn results including 24.2 g/t Au over 1.1 metres, 7.0 g/t Au over 7.4 metres and 7.4 g/t Au over 3.2 metres. All drilling used NQ-size core. ALS Canada Ltd. completed gold analysis using fire assay with an atomic absorption finish, with gravimetric re-assay for samples over 10.0 g/t and total metallic assay for samples containing visible gold. McLaren maintained a quality assurance and quality control program using blanks, standards and duplicate checks.
