John Heslop

Executive Chairman

Mr. Heslop is a professional geologist with over 40 years in the natural-resource sector. He was Exploration Manager, Central Canada for Texasgulf Inc. from 1974 to 1982, Vice-President, Project Development at Kidd Creek Mines Ltd. from 1982 until its acquisition by Falconbridge Limited in 1986, and Director of Exploration for Falconbridge from 1986 to 1987. At Kidd Creek Mines he initiated production of the Hoyle Pond Mine in Timmins. He later became President and CEO of Thundermin Resources, which developed the Duck Pond Mine in Newfoundland. Following Thundermin's acquisition in 2016, he became Vice Chairman of West Red Lake Gold. Mr. Heslop is a past president of the PDAC and serves on the PDAC Mining Matters committee.

Radovan Danilovsky

President & CFO

Mr. Danilovsky has over ten years of experience in the mining sector. From 2011 to 2016 he served as a mining analyst for Accilent Capital, a mining investment firm. Before joining Accilent Capital, he worked as a geophysical consultant in the mining-exploration industry. He holds a Master in Management, a Master of Science and the CIM designation.

Mr. Wakeam, LLB, MBA, is a corporate-securities lawyer and a partner in a major Toronto law firm specializing in serving public-company clients in the resource industry.

Andrew Ramcharan

Director

Dr. Ramcharan is a mining engineer with a business background and 20 years of industry experience. At Dynatec he worked on Goldcorp's Red Lake Mine project and reviewed 200 projects worldwide for investment. More recently, he worked for five years in mergers and acquisitions at IAMGOLD. He is a Licensed Professional Engineer and a graduate of the Colorado School of Mines and the University of Leoben.

John Holko

Director

Mr. Holko is a petroleum engineer and President of Lenape Resources, based in Batavia, New York. He has over 35 years of experience in the oil-and-gas industry. He began his career at Halliburton Services before joining Lenape Resources, where he rose to manager of the Appalachian division and completed a management buyout from KCS Energy in 1995. Lenape owns and operates interests in several hundred oil-and-gas wells in the Appalachian Basin. Mr. Holko's experience covers production, pipeline development, natural-gas marketing and market development. He served as president of the Independent Oil & Gas Association of New York from 1989 to 1992 and from 1995 to 1999 and remains active in industry associations.

Paul Crath

Director

Mr. Crath has over 20 years of experience as a merchant-banking and mergers-and-acquisitions executive, financier, business-development professional, and legal and strategic adviser to family investors, chief executive officers, boards, growing companies and fund-management companies. He acts as a Senior Managing Consultant to Accilent Capital Management Inc. and is a director and Interim Chief Executive Officer of Nebu Resources Inc. He is President, Chief Executive Officer and a director of Highvista Gold Inc., a director of Marquest Asset Management Inc., and a principal and Managing Director of Tarra Partners Inc., a merchant bank active in institutional real estate, infrastructure, private equity and lending transactions. Previously, he was a Managing Director involved in finance, origination and corporate development for Norvista Resources Corporation, Vice-President and Principal of Tricaster Capital Corporation, and Vice-President and Principal of Hexagram & Co. He began his career as a corporate lawyer at White & Case LLP in New York City, specializing in acquisition financings.
